England rugby national team's traditional song? - traditional rugby shirts

The song is sung by England fans in the stadium to support the rugby team ... I heard a few times, but I want to know if a name or where I can find on the net

The song is "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot" was developed by Wallis Willis, a slave of the Choctaw Indians around 1862 together.
It was first sung in 1988 at Twickenham to celebrate Chris Oti, a black players for his England debut and scored three tries in the 35-3 victory over Ireland.
There are many versions of the song on YouTube
